I started this blog to track my progress and to, hopefully, inspire others to get healthy, as well! I realize that my start is rocky (with corn dogs and chili being on my meal plan), but I hope that by the end of 2017 I have it all together, am healthier than ever, and have more knowledge on getting fit and staying healthy!
Here are my plans to get healthy . . . .
I have started keeping a meal plan. I currently have a meal plan for this week, but the last couple of days are due to change because I do my shopping on Thursdays. I hope to use more crock pot meals with a larger variety of fruits and veggies as the year goes on.
I used Pinterest to put together a workout plan and will use my 'fitness' board to detail my workouts. This schedule is somewhat thrown together. While I have the basic layout planned, I am new to figuring out what I need to do on each day.

Sunday: Rest DayDetails on this plan for the week are as follows:
Monday: 30 minute cardio, strength training “A” day, and stretching.
Tuesday: Yoga
Wednesday: 30 minute cardio, strength training “B” day, and stretching.
Thursday: Rest Day
Friday: 30 minute cardio and stretching.
Saturday: 30 minute cardio, strength training “A” day, and stretching.

Unfortunately, at this time I'm unable to find my measuring tape. These are the things I am interested in tracking.
Other plans for this year include saving money, being more creative, reading and writing more, and master time management. Maybe all of this is inspired by spending too much time on Pinterest, but I do want to improve my life and these are ways that I see being able to do it!
