New Workout Plan

I redid my work-out schedule and arranged it so that it works for 8 weeks. I have included it below in case you want to follow. The first picture is of how many reps to do each week, rewards for finishing 8 weeks, the stretches I want to do daily, and notes of encouragement and reminders. The second picture is the exercises I am to do each day and options for cardio.

Getting Ready To Get Healthy

I decided earlier this year that I was going to get healthy and save money. I put it off for the entire month of January. I'm done putting it off! The first day of February I bought a blender, the next day I brought fruits, yogurt, and baby spinach. Tomorrow, I plan to start eating smoothies for breakfast, tracking my meals, and exercising. I have written down and pinned tons of ideas for all of these goals, but I haven't actually done anything!

I started this blog to track my progress and to, hopefully, inspire others to get healthy, as well! I realize that my start is rocky (with corn dogs and chili being on my meal plan), but I hope that by the end of 2017 I have it all together, am healthier than ever, and have more knowledge on getting fit and staying healthy!
